Atilla Şendil: A career spanning animation and audiobooks
Explore Atilla Şendil’s conservatory background and a voice career spanning animation, film, games and audiobooks, with selected credits and samples.
Professional foundations in 1987
Atilla Şendil graduated from the Theatre Department of Mimar Sinan University State Conservatory in 1987. His work combines theatre, cinema and television with voice performance, including commercial and promotional recordings. Looking beyond a single familiar character gives a broader picture: his professional history connects a stage education with different kinds of recorded performance.
An ongoing link with the university
MSGSÜ’s Acting Major page lists Atilla Şendil among the graduate artists who have contributed to the department’s teaching programme. [1]
Animation and film characters
Şendil’s animation credits include Baba Remzi in Kral Şakir, Bert in Susam Sokağı and Sheldon Plankton in SpongeBob SquarePants. The Dithyrambos record also lists Maximus in Gladiator and Captain Koons in Pulp Fiction. Children’s productions, animated comedy and cinema characters appear together in this portfolio. The selected credits offer a starting point for tracing the particular characters associated with each production.
Games and long-form audiobooks
The listed League of Legends credits include the reworked Aatrox voice and Kindred’s Wolf. His audiobook work for Storytel includes My Name Is Red, Son Ada, Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk and The ABC Murders. A short character line and a complete audiobook offer different listening contexts. Separating those formats makes it easier to explore the portfolio in relation to a particular project rather than treating every recording as interchangeable.
